Biography

Siyuan “Clara” Chen is a multilingual paralegal with legal education and professional experience spanning the United States, Japan, and China. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Fudan University, China, a Master of Law from Keio University, Japan, and completed an ABA-approved Paralegal Plus Certificate Program from Highline College.

Clara focuses on civil litigation, with substantial experience supporting attorneys in property disputes, collections, and complex litigations. She has extensive experience conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, performing skip-tracing, managing case files, and ensuring compliance with statutory and procedural requirements.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and professionally proficient in Japanese, Clara regularly assists with cross-cultural communication and legal matters involving international clients.
