Biography

Zhenyuan “Lizzy” Li is an attorney at Shanze Partners PLLC, focusing her practice on corporate and business law.

Lizzy obtained her first law degrees (LL.B. and LL.M.) from the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China, and later earned an LL.M. degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 2020. She is licensed to practice law in Washington State.

Before joining Shanze Partners, Lizzy worked at prestigious law firms and in the legal department of a private equity fund in China. She has extensive experience handling A-share IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, private placements by listed companies, and private equity investment projects — including due diligence, post-investment matters, and exit strategies — giving her deep insight into corporate governance, securities compliance, and cross-border investment practices.

Since relocating to the United States, Lizzy has dedicated her practice to advising entrepreneurs, start-ups, and business owners, particularly within the Chinese community. She provides comprehensive legal support on business formation, corporate structuring, compliance, and investment matters. Her bilingual skills in Chinese and English allow her to bridge cultural and legal gaps effectively, making her a trusted advisor for cross-border businesses and investors.

When she is not practicing law, Lizzy enjoys spending time with her young daughter, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and supporting cultural and educational initiatives in the local community.
