Biography

Attorney Vanessa Yang is an associate attorney at Shanze Partners PLLC and has been focused on immigration and business law since 2015. In her practice, Vanessa has helped individual and corporate clients with respect to their immigration and business legal needs, including advising about, preparing, and filing immigration and non-immigration petitions and applications in the categories of I-130, I-140 (EB-1/NIW), PERM, EB-4, I-485, L-1, H-1B, and O-1, and other non-immigration visas. She has also helped many of her clients to successfully respond to requests and inquiries from the immigration authorities, appeal undesirable immigration decisions, and resolve challenging immigration issues involved in cross-border investment and business projects.

Vanessa received her LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) and LL.M. (Master of Laws) degrees from East China University of Political Science and Law, and her second LL.M. degree from the University of Washington, School of Law. She is admitted to the New York Bar and also obtained the license to practice law in the People’s Republic of China in 2014.
