Job Description:

Associate Attorney(Seattle, WA) Be responsible for potential client meeting and case analysis;

Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, appeals, legal correspondences, and litigation-related agreements;

Engage in each stage of court proceedings, including case investigation and discovery, settlement, hearing and trials;

Conduct legal research on complex legal issues in civil litigation and bankruptcy;

Assist managing partner in monitoring litigation and bankruptcy cases status and progress;

Supervise paralegals or other team members in discovery process and related motions.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor in Law; 6 months of experience as Law Clerk or Legal Intern/Extern involving legal research and preparation of legal documents related to litigation; License to practice law in the State of Washington.
